By using CeliacSnacks (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Site is an informational directory

CeliacSnacks aggregates and links to third-party gluten-free products. We curate listings based on recognized, independent certifications as described in our Vetting Criteria.

2. We are not the seller

For standard products listed on the Site, CeliacSnacks is not the seller, merchant of record, or fulfiller. The third-party vendor is the seller of record. The vendor takes your payment, ships the product, and is solely responsible for the product, its labeling, its certification, and your order. Any purchase is a transaction between you and that vendor, governed by the vendor's own terms.

3. No medical advice; no safety guarantee

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. We do not test products.
